Jim Krischke serves as the City Administrator for the City of Republic. He began these duties in September 2007, moving to Republic from the Chicago area. During his tenure with the City, he has actively worked to increase the economic development efforts of the City while managing the day to day operations of a fast-growing community.
Mr. Krischke is a member of the Missouri City Manager's Association and serves on the Missouri State Public Administration program. He is a member of the Republic Area Chamber of Commerce, is an active member of the Republic Historical Society and is involved with the Springfield Business Development Corporation.
As mentioned, Mr. Krischke is a native Chicagoan and remains a devoted Cubs fan.
Mr. Krischke lives in the City of Republic with his wife and step-daughter. He is also the father of two grown sons who live out of state. |
