The City of Republic, a governmental entity, is exempt from federal and state sales and use taxes per section
144.030.1 RSMo. Purchases made by the City of Republic, Missouri are not subject to sales or use tax. If you are a vendor and would like to request a State of Missouri Tax Exemption Letter, please contact the Finance Department.
